ASAI Engage is our CRM for government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses. It includes interaction tracking, programs & grants management, impact dashboards, and an AI assistant. The interface automatically adapts its vocabulary to your sector — constituents for government, participants for nonprofits, clients for business.
The AI Assistant lets you ask natural language questions about your CRM data. Examples: "How many engagements did we have this month?", "What's our grant approval rate?", "Which contacts have overdue follow-ups?", "Summarize our relationship with a specific organization." It reads your real data and answers accurately.
The Free plan includes 1 user, up to 100 contacts, up to 10 companies/organizations, your choice of Campus or Engage, interaction tracking, dashboard & reporting, and the AI Assistant. It is free forever with no credit card required.
Pro includes up to 5 users, 1,000 contacts, 100 companies, all products (Campus + Engage), programs & grants management, team collaboration, and priority support — for $499/month billed annually.
Enterprise is a custom plan for large organizations that need unlimited users, unlimited records, multi-site support, SSO/Active Directory, custom integrations, SLA guarantees, and dedicated account management.
When you create an organization, you choose your sector: government, nonprofit, or private. The entire interface then adapts — contacts become "constituents" for government, "participants" for nonprofits, or "clients" for business. Interactions become "engagements," "touchpoints," or "activities." The data model is identical — only the labels change.
Yes — each department or office can have its own organization with completely isolated data. Or they can share one account with multiple modules enabled. Data is never mixed between organizations.
ASAI CRM uses row-level security (RLS) to ensure each organization can only see its own data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans support custom field labels. If your organization uses different terminology, labels can be updated organization-wide.
