Data you enter: Contacts, companies/organizations, interactions, programs, grant applications, and other records you create. This data belongs to you.

Usage data: Basic usage information such as pages visited, to help us improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• To send important service notices
• To respond to support requests
• To improve and develop new features

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. Data Isolation

ASAI CRM uses row-level security to ensure your organization's data is completely isolated from all other organizations on the platform — enforced at the database level, not just the application level.

4. Data Sharing

• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or court order.
• With your consent: We will not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation or termination, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, row-level database security, hashed password storage, and role-based access controls.

7. Compliance

ASAI CRM is designed to support compliance with applicable regulations across sectors. For university customers, we support FERPA compliance and act as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest when processing student data. For government customers, we support public records and data retention requirements. We do not disclose protected records to unauthorized parties.

8. Your Rights

• Access and export all data associated with your account at any time
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Receive a copy of your data in CSV format

9. Cookies

ASAI CRM uses cookies solely for authentication — to keep you logged in between sessions. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
